Special Team Formed to Rescue Tiger Sighted in Mysuru District Officials of the forest department in Mysuru have launched a combing operation to rescue a tiger spotted on Mudalahundi Road in Nanjangud taluk. The tiger was captured on video by mobike riders, causing concern in nearby villages. The Karnataka government is set to restore 11 of the most endangered heritage buildings in Mysuru, out of a total of 131 listed by the State government. The estimated cost of restoration is around Rs 96,80,59,838. Commissioner of the Department of Archaeology, Museums and Heritage, A Devaraju, along with the Mysuru district administration, led by DC Dr K V Rajendra, have proposed the restoration of these buildings.
