Living in Palestine and witnessing the devastation caused by Israel’s attacks on Gaza, I never imagined the level of destruction and loss of life that would occur. The death toll has now reached close to 40,000, with many more wounded, including women and children. The suffering of Palestinians in Gaza is heart-wrenching, leaving many feeling helpless and guilty. One story that particularly struck me was that of Ahmed, a father from Gaza separated from his family by the conflict.
