Francois van der Merwe is taking legal action against the SABC for labeling him as a racist. NEWS Francois Van der Merwe, the farmer involved in an incident with police officers in Limpopo, is demanding R200 000 from the SABC for defamation. The SABC referred to him as racist in their coverage of his legal proceedings at the Groblersdal Magistrates Court.
