New York Judge Delays Key Ruling in Trump’s Hush Money Case A judge in Donald Trump’s hush money trial has postponed a key ruling on presidential immunity until two days before Trump’s scheduled sentencing. Originally set for September 6, the immunity decision has been pushed back to September 16. Trump’s lawyers requested the judge to rule first on their bid to step aside from the case, leading to the delay. The sentencing is still scheduled for September 18. Former NBA player Jontay Porter has admitted to scheming to take himself out of games for gambling purposes, leading to his guilty plea in a federal conspiracy case.
