New York Judge Delays Key Ruling in Trump’s Hush Money Case A judge in Donald Trump’s hush money trial has postponed a key ruling on presidential immunity until two days before Trump’s scheduled sentencing. Originally set for September 6, the immunity decision has been pushed back to September 16.
