Russia has recently added new security features to a munitions depot in central Belarus, leading to speculation that the country may be building facilities to house nuclear warheads outside its own borders for the first time since 1991. The upgrades include an air defense system, a distinctive security checkpoint, and a triple fence around a bunker.
