Brazil is facing a serious threat from Hezbollah, putting its national security and financial system at risk. Despite being a key player in Hezbollah’s regional activities, Brazil has hesitated to designate the group as a terrorist organization. By labeling Hezbollah as a terror group, Brazil can empower its intelligence and law enforcement agencies to proactively monitor and investigate Hezbollah’s activities.
