War takes a heavy toll on mental health, especially in Israel where conflicts have been ongoing for decades. Since October 7, the demand for mental health services has surged, overwhelming the already strained system. PTSD rates in Israel are three times higher than in the US, yet there is a significant shortage of mental health professionals. The Laszlo N.
