The aftermath of Typhoon Yagi has left a trail of devastation in Myanmar, with over 220 people dead and nearly 80 others still missing. The storm swept through several countries in the region, including Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar, resulting in a total death toll of more than 500. Myanmar was hit particularly hard, with severe floods and mudslides destroying whole villages and leaving hundreds of thousands in urgent need of food, water, shelter, and clothing.
