In a tragic incident, seven security personnel were martyred and two others injured in two separate attacks by militants in North Waziristan. The first attack targeted a bomb disposal unit in Hassan Khel while the second attack occurred at a security post in Seeman area of Mir Ali. The bodies of the martyred personnel and the injured ones were airlifted to Combined Military Hospital, Bannu. Security forces quickly cordoned off the areas and initiated search operations following the attacks.
