Israeli Airports Reopen After Preventive Strike in Lebanon Following a preventive strike in Lebanon, Israeli airports were temporarily closed for a few hours as a safety precaution. Flights en route to Israel were diverted to alternative airports, with some landing in Cairo and Ramon airport near Eilat. However, operations at Ben-Gurion Airport resumed at 7:00 a.m. with both takeoffs and landings.
