Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) chief Sahibzada Hamid Raza expressed his willingness to collaborate with JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman against the government due to Imran Khan’s stance. The decision to form a political alliance will be made by PMAP Mahmood Khan Achakzai.
Previously, SIC chief Hamid Raza had denied the possibility of an alliance with JUI-F. The PTI formed a committee to hold talks with JUI-F for a broader opposition alliance, including members like Gohar Ali Khan, Raoof Hassan, Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, and Asad Qaiser.
Hamid Raza criticized the Punjab government’s performance, labeling it as the “worst” and accusing it of imposing “cruel taxes” on the people. He also alleged that government-backed hoarders are behind the wheat crisis in the country.
With political tensions escalating, it remains to be seen how these developments will shape the political landscape in Pakistan.
