Iran Calls for an End to Double Standards in Human Rights
Iran’s Judiciary chief, Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, denounced the discriminatory practices and double standards of international bodies influenced by Western powers regarding human rights violations. He emphasized the importance of fighting against human rights abusers without bias and criticized the selective approach taken by some organizations.
Mohseni Ejei highlighted the atrocities committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza, condemning the lack of action by global human rights bodies to stop the violence. He also addressed the Western support of the terrorist Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) and questioned why these countries continue to protect individuals responsible for heinous crimes.
The MKO has a history of terrorist attacks in Iran, resulting in the deaths of thousands of civilians. Despite this, the group has received support from certain Western countries, raising concerns about their commitment to combating terrorism.
Iran is calling for a unified approach to human rights violations, free from political agendas and influenced by Western powers.
