Mmusi Maimane, the leader of Build One South Africa (BOSA), has announced the appointment of two women members to prominent leadership roles. Nobuntu-Hlazo Webster will join Maimane in the National Assembly, while Ayanda Allie will represent the party in the Gauteng legislature.
According to BOSA spokesperson Roger Solomons, the party’s leadership team comprises individuals under the age of 45 with diverse skills and experiences across various sectors. Solomons emphasized the urgent need for a centrist platform to combat division along racial, ethnic, and linguistic lines.
The party aims to work collaboratively with the government while holding it accountable for addressing the needs of the people. BOSA received 194,000 votes in its inaugural election, signaling its commitment to advancing values of accountability and leadership.
