State Department Spokesman: ‘Genocide accusations against Israel certainly unfounded’

<p>State Department Spokesman Vedant Patel rejected the UN’s insinuation that Israel is guilty of genocide in Gaza.</p><p>”We’ve seen some language coming out of that indicative of their belief that some of the actions could constitute, and this is their phrasing, ‘genocide.’ That is something we would unequivocally disagree with. We think that that kind of phrasing and those types of accusations are certainly unfounded,” Patel stated.</p>
