Welcome to the Future of Work in Government Programme in GCC Countries!
The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) is excited to announce a groundbreaking new initiative aimed at enhancing leadership skills among mid-level government professionals in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The ‘Future of Work in Government in GCC Countries’ programme is designed to strengthen administrative practices and promote regional collaboration to achieve shared strategic goals.
Developed in partnership with the GCC Secretariat General and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, this 15-week programme will provide a comprehensive learning experience for selected participants from each of the six GCC countries. Through a combination of remote and in-person learning opportunities, including interactive workshops and discussions with experts, mid-level government managers will be equipped with the tools to implement national strategies effectively.
Join us on this journey to develop regional leadership and ensure that government initiatives in the GCC countries are successfully implemented to meet national objectives. Let’s work together to shape the future of governance in the Gulf region!
