Israeli Occupation Commits Massacre in Beit Lahiya, Northern Gaza Strip
In a tragic incident, the Israeli occupation forces carried out a horrifying massacre in Beit Lahiya, Northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 80 Palestinians and leaving many others wounded or missing, predominantly children and women. The Media Office in Gaza strongly denounced this brutal act of violence, calling for global condemnation of the ongoing extermination and ethnic cleansing campaign against civilians.
Amidst this crisis, the health system in the northern Gaza Strip, serving around 400 thousand Palestinians, is being demolished. The occupation forces have even restricted access to medical facilities, cut off essential supplies like fuel, and disrupted communication services, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.
The Media Office directly held the Israeli occupation, along with the US, UK, Germany, and France accountable for this genocide and urged the international community to intervene. They stressed the need to halt the massacre in Beit Lahiya, Jabalia camp, and the wider northern Gaza Strip, and put an end to the relentless ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people.
Let us stand in solidarity with the victims of this tragedy and raise our voices against this atrocity.
