The Latest in Lebanon: Israeli Airstrike Injures Four, Civil Defense Team Targeted
In a recent attack by Israel on Markaba town in southern Lebanon, four people were injured, with one in serious condition, according to the Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health. The Lebanese Civil Defense team also faced danger when the enemy attempted to target them while they were extinguishing a fire in al-Hajja area.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the civil defense team narrowly escaped harm as the enemy’s artillery shells fell nearby. This incident occurred as the team was responding to a fire caused by an Israeli missile falling in the nearby forests.
Tragically, two individuals lost their lives in Naqoua town due to another Israeli airstrike. The situation in Lebanon remains tense as these attacks continue to cause harm to innocent civilians and emergency responders.
