Rostec Introduces Portable Mini-Radars for Detecting Unmanned Boats at Army-2024 Forum
Rostec, one of Russia’s largest state corporations, will showcase portable mini-radars at the Army-2024 international military-technical forum in Kubinka. These radars are designed to detect unmanned boats and provide early warnings of potential attacks. Vladimir Artyakov, the first deputy general director of Rostec, highlighted the features of these mini-radars, mentioning that they are light, weighing about 25 kilograms when fully equipped, making them mobile and convenient for transportation.
The Army-2024 Forum, taking place at the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Center from August 12 to 14, 2024, will feature a variety of military products, equipment, and weapons. The event will host enterprises involved in the production of military equipment and armaments. This innovation underscores Rostec’s commitment to advancing military technology and enhancing security measures in detecting unmanned threats.
