In the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Armed Forces faced a total of 124 combat engagements, with the Russians launching 41 assaults in the Pokrovsk axis alone. The enemy employed various tactics, including missile strikes, airstrikes, and artillery attacks in multiple regions across Ukraine. Despite the intense fighting, Ukraine’s Defense Forces successfully repelled enemy attempts to break through their defenses in different areas.
The Air Force, missile, and artillery units of Ukraine conducted several strikes, targeting enemy manpower, equipment clusters, control points, artillery systems, and ammunition depots. Combat clashes took place in various axes, including Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Lyman, Siversk, Kramatorsk, Toretsk, Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, Vremivka, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovia. Additionally, no signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected in the Volyn and Polissia axes.
The Russian army continues to maintain a military presence on the border, actively shelling and bombarding Ukrainian settlements. In a recent development, on August 11, the Russian army incurred 1,080 war casualties. Despite facing significant challenges, Ukraine’s Armed Forces remain resilient in protecting their territory and citizens.
