In Sumy, the Russians hit with ballistic missiles in cluster munitions, as a result of hits, 84 wounded, including 11 children, the regional military administration reported on the consequences of the enemy’s missile strikes on November 17-18 on a densely populated residential neighborhood and critical infrastructure facilities.
