Democratic Commissioner Diane Marseglia of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has admitted that the Democratic majority on the election commission had decided to ignore a binding state Supreme Court ruling in an attempt to engineer the election of Democratic incumbent Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.).
