TEHRAN, Nov. 15 (MNA) – US president-elect Donald Trump signed off on a proposal for a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah movement in Lebanon during a meeting with Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer at Mar-a-Lago last Sunday.
