“Currently, windows are being covered with plastic, and the condition of the building and its engineering systems is being assessed. The clinic on Pastera Street will remain closed until the inspection is complete,” the city council stated.
In addition, the historic centre of Odesa and other areas of the city suffered significant damage. Two schools, three kindergartens, and nine apartment buildings were affected. Other damaged structures include an auto service centre, a church, commercial properties, a major heating pipeline, private garages, and more than 40 vehicles.
