The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects the country to be impacted by a low pressure system on November 18, with moderate to heavy rains falling on the northern coasts and the northern part of the Delta, while the weather will be stable in Greater Cairo.
Weather maps warned of mist forming in Greater Cairo, the coastal governorates and highways from six am to nine am.
The EMA also called on drivers to be careful when driving, adhere to the specified speed, slow down and turn on the headlights for the safety of pedestrians and passengers.
Wednesday’s weather:
Moderate weather will prevail during the day in the northern parts of the country until northern Upper Egypt, growing hot in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt, and moderately cold at night and in the early morning.
Winds are moderate, reaching a speed of 28 km/hour, and the atmosphere is partly cloudy.
Satellites have monitored wind activity in most parts, especially during the night hours, which add to cool the weather.
