Ukrainian law enforcement officers have completed the investigation and sent the case to court against the commander of Russian National Guard (Rosgvardia) department in Krasnoyarsk Krai (territory) for shooting civilians in Hostomel, Kyiv region, the regional prosecutor’s office said.
