White House warns Iran against retaliating to Israeli attacks

In response to Israeli attacks on Iran, the White House has called for an end to direct military exchanges between the two countries. A senior White House official stated that the US administration believes the Israeli operation should stop direct attacks and that US allies support this stance.

President Biden and his national security adviser were kept informed throughout the attack, although the US was not involved. The official described the Israeli operation as extensive, targeted, and precise.

Israel launched the attacks on military targets in Iran following Tehran’s missile attacks earlier this month. Iran claimed that its air defense system successfully countered the Israeli attacks, with limited damage in some areas.

The White House warned Tehran of potential consequences if it responds to the Israeli attacks. This development highlights the ongoing tensions and complex dynamics in the Middle East region.
