Iran’s envoy to Denmark meets with FM Araghchi

The new ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Denmark, Mohammad Reza Sajjadi, recently met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi before departing for Copenhagen. During the meeting, Sajjadi presented a report on the mission site and the progress of developing bilateral relations. Araghchi highlighted the importance of maintaining interactions and constructive dialogues with Europe within the framework of the government’s foreign policy.

With a background in various diplomatic roles, including serving as Assistant Director General of South Asia and Ambassador to Geneva, Sajjadi brings a wealth of experience to his new position. Araghchi expressed his confidence in Sajjadi’s ability to succeed in his new role as the ambassador to Denmark.

The meeting between Sajjadi and Araghchi signifies the commitment of the Iranian government to strengthening ties with European countries like Denmark.
