North Korean Foreign Ministry Responds
The North Korean Foreign Ministry addressed the statements made by Ukrainian and Western officials regarding the deployment of Korean People’s Army (KPA) troops to Russia. Deputy Foreign Minister of the DPRK Kim Jong Gyu stated that such a move is in line with international law.
Russian President Vladimir Putin defended the potential aid to the DPRK, citing a Strategic Partnership Treaty between Moscow and Pyongyang. This development prompted Zelensky to call for harsh repercussions against Russia and the DPRK for their actions.
