New e-Auction Scheme For 13 Industrial Plots in Greater Noida, Apply By November 18
The Uttar Pradesh government, through the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), has launched a new e-auction scheme for institutional plots in various sectors of Greater Noida. This scheme offers 13 industrial plots in prime locations like KP-5 MU, Sector 10, ITEA-02, KP-01, and Tech Zone 4.
Applications for the scheme started on October 24, with plots ranging from 1,000 to 10,005 square meters. The reserve prices for these plots range from Rs 2.99 crore to Rs 35.17 crore, targeting institutions like schools, hospitals, training centers, and commercial spaces.
Allotment and Commercial Spaces
The largest plot, HO-02 in the MU sector, covers 10,005 sqm with a reserve price of Rs 35.17 crore. Additionally, plots for commercial shops, offices, dhabas, and facilities ranging from 10.40 to 400 sqm are available at prices between Rs 13.65 lakh and Rs 2.57 crore.
The deadline for auction applications is November 18, with the scheme expected to conclude by the end of November, fostering development, enhancing education and healthcare facilities, and boosting employment opportunities in Greater Noida.
