Hamas accuses Israel of turning hospitals into battlefields in Gaza
In a recent press statement, the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, condemned the Israeli occupation army for targeting hospitals in the Gaza Strip. Hamas accused the army of committing heinous acts of genocide by turning hospitals into battlefields.
Specifically, the Martyr Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia was reportedly under siege, with heavy gunfire and artillery shelling targeting wounded, patients, medical staff, and displaced families. Hamas declared this action as a complete war crime and a violation of international laws.
Hamas called on the international community, including the United Nations and its institutions, to intervene and stop the Israeli army’s crimes against civilians in Gaza. The statement emphasized the urgent need for action to protect defenseless civilians, especially in the northern Gaza Strip.
These recent events highlight the ongoing conflict in Gaza, with Hamas and Israel in a continuous cycle of violence and tension.
