Strict actions taken against officials neglecting citizens’ complaints

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly emphasized the need to address complaints filed by citizens by taking necessary measures against any dereliction of duty by officials.

During a meeting with members of the unified government complaints mechanism, Madbouly stressed the importance of setting a time frame for responding to complaints.

He highlighted the complaints mechanism as a crucial tool for communication with citizens, urging prompt follow-up and resolution of issues.

Madbouly also acknowledged the mechanism’s ability to address complaints from various platforms, including social media and radio/TV.

He commended the mechanism members for their dedication in assisting people and resolving problems.

The prime minister revealed that he closely monitors the mechanism’s progress and receives regular reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
