He highlighted the complaints mechanism as a crucial tool for communication with citizens, urging prompt follow-up and resolution of issues.
Madbouly also acknowledged the mechanism’s ability to address complaints from various platforms, including social media and radio/TV.
He commended the mechanism members for their dedication in assisting people and resolving problems.
The prime minister revealed that he closely monitors the mechanism’s progress and receives regular reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
