Shocking Robbery in Karachi’s Defense Area: Domestic Worker Flees with Rs 13 Million Worth of Valuables
In a daring heist in Karachi’s affluent Defense area, a newly hired domestic worker has managed to steal a staggering amount of cash, foreign currency, and jewelry from her employer’s residence. The brazen robbery, amounting to Rs 13 million, included Rs 2 million in cash, $10,000 in foreign currency, and 32 tolas of gold.
The employer, who had only hired the worker 20 days ago, discovered the theft and reported the incident to the police. It was revealed that the worker had provided false identification during the hiring process, raising suspicions about her intentions.
Law enforcement authorities have sprung into action, launching an investigation into the robbery. They have acquired footage of the worker fleeing the scene and are determined to apprehend her and recover the stolen valuables.
This shocking incident comes on the heels of a similar case in Liaquatabad where another domestic worker drugged her employer and made away with valuables worth Rs 9 million.
