Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler has confirmed that the terrorist organization PKK was responsible for the recent attack on the Turkish Aviation Industry facilities. Despite the tragic event, Güler has assured the public that the fight against terrorism will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.
Güler stated, “We will bring justice to these PKK terrorists once again, as they never seem to learn. The determination to eradicate terrorism remains unwavering, and we will ensure that they are held accountable for their actions.”
Reports indicate that the attacker, a PKK member born in 1992, carried out the assault, resulting in the death of four individuals and injury of many more, including critical cases. The Minister of the Interior, Ali Yerlikaya, confirmed that two terrorists were neutralized on-site.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, despite his presence at the BRICS conference in Russia, condemned the attack and received condolences from world leaders. While initial speculations suggested a suicide attack, details are still pending confirmation.
The PKK, founded in 1978, has long engaged in armed conflicts against Turkey, leading to widespread turmoil. Designated as a terrorist organization by multiple global entities, the PKK’s actions continue to draw condemnation and evoke fear.
