Pakistan denounces terrorist attack in Turkey

Pakistan Condemns Terrorist Attack on Turkish Aerospace Industries

Pakistan has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack on the facilities of Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) in Ankara, Turkiye, which resulted in multiple casualties. The Foreign Office expressed heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families and wished a speedy recovery to the injured in a press statement.

The Government of Pakistan reiterated its support for Turkiye’s fight against terrorism and stood in solidarity with the Turkish people. They commended the resilience of the Turkish nation in combating terrorism.

The attack at the TUSAS headquarters left four people dead and fourteen injured, with three in critical condition. Two attackers were neutralized during the incident, as reported by Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya. The armed attackers were seen breaking into the TUSAS facility in videos aired by TV stations.

Interior Minister Yerlikaya confirmed the death of three individuals and injuries to fourteen others in the terrorist attack. The Government condemns this cowardly act and stands united with Turkiye in the fight against terrorism.
