A significant portion of Israel’s senior political officials openly express intentions to ethnically cleanse and build settlements in Gaza during a settler movement conference near the Gaza Strip.

Israeli senior officials gathered at a conference near the Gaza Strip, advocating for ethnic cleansing and the establishment of Israeli settlements in Gaza. Led by the settlement expansion organization Nachala, the attendees, including members of Likud Party, discussed building illegal settlements in Gaza. The organizer, Daniella Weiss, emphasized the Jewish presence in Gaza while promoting the transfer of Gazan citizens through emigration.

Key officials like May Golan and Ariel Kallner voiced support for taking Arab territory, with plans to establish settlements in North Gaza. The conference highlighted potential real estate opportunities in Gaza, despite previous similar conferences dating back to January. Despite the opposition, the Israeli government seems to consider allowing settlement construction in Gaza.
