Iranian Air Force Commander Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi visits Pakistan
Iranian Air Force Commander, Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi, arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan, for an official visit at the invitation of his Pakistani counterpart. The Iranian military delegation was warmly welcomed by Pakistani Air Force officials, Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, and the Iranian military attaché.
During his visit, Brigadier General Vahedi will attend the Indus Shield exercise at Mushaf Air Base and meet with Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar, the Pakistani Air Force Commander. He is also scheduled to meet Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, General Syed Asim Munir.
Bilateral relations between Iran and Pakistan in defense, military, and security have advanced in recent years through the exchange of delegations and cooperation between the armed forces of both countries.
