Newly Elected Provincial Emir of Jamaat-i-Islami Balochistan Takes Oath

The newly elected provincial emir of Jamaat-i-Islami Balochistan, Maulana Hidayatur Rehman Baloch, was sworn into office during a ceremony held on Sunday. The event was attended by a large number of party workers, former provincial emirs, and senior party supporters and leaders from other political parties.

During his speech, Mr Baloch highlighted the government’s lack of seriousness in addressing the issues faced by the people of Balochistan, particularly unemployment and trade relations with Iran. He warned of potential sit-in protests in Quetta if the government fails to grant the people their legitimate rights.

Emphasizing the need for youth mobilization and protests, the new provincial emir urged the youth of Balochistan to join Jamaat-i-Islami in its ongoing membership campaign. He condemned acts of violence and killings in the province, calling for justice and accountability for the oppressed.

Mr Baloch also criticized the role of the Frontier Corps in Balochistan and called for their removal from the province. He urged the youth to rally under the banner of Jamaat-i-Islami to secure their rights and fight for justice.
