대통령실, 우크라에 ‘공격용 무기 지원’ 검토 중

In a recent briefing at the Blue House, the presidential office in Seoul, it was revealed that South Korea demands the immediate withdrawal of North Korean troops deployed in Russia, hinting at the possibility of providing “offensive weapons” to Ukraine as a response to the military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.

The National Security Council (NSC) held an emergency meeting to discuss the situation, emphasizing the need for a firm response to the military collaboration. The NSC stressed that as the situation progresses, they will consider gradual measures to address the issue.

President Yoon Suk-yeol also announced plans to swiftly dispatch a delegation to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in response to the provocations posed by the military actions of nuclear-armed countries.

Meanwhile, Kim Yo-jong, the deputy head of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea, criticized the recent military provocations by nuclear-armed countries, accusing South Korea and Ukraine of being the only “crazy ones.” This statement comes as Ukraine has sought international support following North Korea’s formalization of military deployment.

The escalation in tensions raises concerns about the potential for further military actions in the region. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
