The President of South Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol, met with the leader of the main opposition party, Han Dong-hoon, for a discussion that lasted over an hour at the presidential office in Yongsan. The meeting, which was also attended by the Presidential Secretary, involved Yoon offering Han a favorite drink and sharing a conversation over coffee. Prior to the meeting, the two leaders met at the presidential office grounds, exchanged pleasantries, and took a short stroll through the garden. During their walk, President Yoon mentioned the recent Police Heroes Day event and the sacrifices made by police officers.
