Exciting News! Wau Health Sciences Institute (WHSI) in Western Bahr el-Ghazal State is inviting applicants for their new intake of diploma courses. The courses offered include Clinical Medicine and Public Health, Medical Laboratory Technology, Midwifery, and Nursing. Head of Midwifery, Alberto Akec, mentioned that the Institute will be accepting applications starting next Monday until October 31.
Applicants, including non-South Sudanese individuals under 35 years old, are required to have good grades in physics, biology, math, and English. Akec emphasized that the institute is looking for qualified individuals interested in pursuing a three-year diploma to contribute to the health sector.
Applicants from other countries must meet special admission criteria set by the Government of the Republic of South Sudan. Individuals from Kenya, Uganda, and Ethiopia are also welcome to apply, with specific requirements outlined by the institute.
Interested candidates can obtain application forms from the WHSI Register Office for a non-refundable fee of SSP20,000. Don’t forget to submit your color passport photos, nationality ID, and academic and birth certificates along with your application.
