In a recent incident in Russian-occupied Luhansk, Major Dmitriy Pervukha was killed when his car exploded. Pervukha, allegedly involved in war crimes against Ukraine, served in the 273rd Intelligence Center of the Russian Armed Forces. The explosion also led to the injury of a woman in another car, prompting a criminal investigation by the Russian Investigative Committee.
While the Ukrainian military intelligence referred to Pervukha as a “war criminal,” they did not claim responsibility for the attack. This incident adds to a series of assassinations targeting Russian military commanders and collaborators in the occupied territories.
In a separate event, a Russian electronics plant reportedly caught fire following a drone strike in Bryansk. The plant, known as “Kremniy EL,” plays a crucial role in producing components for Russian defense systems, such as Pantsir air defense and Iskander missile systems.
