Russia Seizes Another Village in Eastern Ukraine

Russia recently announced that it has gained control of the village of Zoryane in eastern Ukraine, bringing its troops closer to Kurakhove, a key industrial hub in the region.

Kurakhove, located west of Donetsk city which is already under Russian control, has been a focal point for Russian military operations. The Defense Ministry of Russia stated that the village of Zoryane has been liberated, paving the way for further advancement towards Kurakhove.

With Russian troops on the outskirts of Kurakhove, just a few kilometers away from the city center, the situation in the region remains tense. Kurakhove, once home to 20,000 residents, lies south of Pokrovsk, an important logistic hub in the area.

In another development, Russian forces have intensified their attacks in the southern Ukrainian region of Zaporizhzhia, escalating the conflict further.
