The blockade imposed on the hospital hindered ambulance crews from providing help to the injured, exacerbating the situation.

The hospital, now a refuge for displaced persons, has ceased medical services due to the blockade. Israeli military vehicles also approached the hospital, creating further fear and distress among the residents. The ongoing airstrikes in northern Gaza have led to numerous casualties, especially among children and women.
