Despite Iran denying any involvement, experts believe that Iranian gangs, including Foxtrot, are behind these attacks. Foxtrot’s leader, with ties to Iran, is reportedly coordinating these assaults. Tehran has a history of employing criminal gangs for political purposes, as seen in previous cases.
Journalists and criminology specialists suggest that these teenagers may not be motivated by ideology but are acting as hired guns for Iran’s regime. The use of gangs for political purposes is a part of Tehran’s strategy to target dissidents and critics, extending to attacks in other countries like Germany.
