Minister of State for Public Sector Development, Kheir Abu Seileek, met with the Director General of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), Nasser Al Qahtani, to discuss enhancing partnership and cooperation in capacity building and training for public sector cadres. During the meeting, Abu Seileek highlighted Jordan’s modernization efforts in the public sector and emphasized the importance of developing capabilities for effective government services. ARADO’s Director General praised Jordanian cadres in the public sector and emphasized the country’s expertise in public administration.
The meeting highlighted the ongoing cooperation between Jordan and ARADO in empowering Arab human resources and developing programs in line with modern trends in public administration. Both parties stressed the significance of continuous collaboration to adapt to digital transformation and other advancements in the field.
