Pakistan Sends Aid to Gaza and Lebanon

In a show of ongoing humanitarian support, Pakistan has dispatched approximately 100 tons of essential supplies to Lebanon, including medicines, food, tents, and winter necessities. This relief effort, organized by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), marks the twelfth such consignment from Pakistan to Palestine and Lebanon, with previous shipments sent to Palestine and this being the second batch to Lebanon.

Humanitarian Aid Package

The aid package includes 50 tons of life-saving medicines, 15 tons of ready-to-eat meat, 9 tons of tents, 5 tons of tarpaulins, 4 tons of winter bedding, 2 tons of winter clothing, and 5 tons of dry milk. Coordinated by a Pakistani NGO in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Office, NDMA, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the supplies will be received by Pakistan’s ambassador to Lebanon and distributed to those in need, especially in areas heavily impacted by the ongoing Israeli violence.

Amidst the conflict, Pakistan remains committed to providing crucial aid to help alleviate the suffering of war-torn populations in Gaza and Lebanon, showcasing solidarity and support for those in need.
