Israel bombs 3/4 of Lebanon’s districts in past month

Lebanon has been enduring a brutal Israeli bombardment, with 75% of its districts targeted since September 23. The attacks have expanded to include areas not struck in decades, sparking fear and uncertainty.

With 20 out of 26 districts under assault, the violence has spread beyond historical Hezbollah strongholds, with no clear pattern in targeting locations. As Lebanon struggles to grasp the rationale behind the attacks, the safety of its citizens hangs in the balance.

Recent strikes have hit various districts, leaving only six untouched, mostly in the northwest of the country. As Israel escalates its aerial assaults, border crossings into Syria have also been impacted.

Despite efforts by the caretaker Prime Minister to seek diplomatic solutions, the relentless bombings continue, raising concerns of further escalation and division within Lebanon. As the country grapples with this crisis, solidarity among its people becomes crucial in the face of external aggression.
