Himachal Govt Aims for Schools with Qualified Teachers: Sukhu

Himachal Pradesh Govt to Ensure Quality Education by Equipping Schools with Qualified Teachers: CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu

Sukhu announced the conversion of all classrooms at the Rajkiya Kanya Mahavidyalaya (RKMV) in Shimla into smart classrooms.

The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, emphasized the government’s focus on ensuring that schools and colleges have qualified teachers and necessary facilities. Sukhu inaugurated the new Block-C building at Rajkiya Kanya Mahavidyalaya in Shimla and announced plans to convert all classrooms into smart classrooms. Additionally, the government will construct a new hostel, allocate funds for a digital library, and repair the science block.

The government aims to enhance the quality of education in rural areas by establishing Rajiv Gandhi Day-Boarding Schools in all assembly constituencies. Furthermore, Sukhu revealed that teachers’ transfers will be prohibited during the academic session, and policies will be developed to address future challenges.
