GAZA CITY, Palestine
Humanitarian crisis is looming in the northern Gaza Strip as at least 200,000 residents have been cut off from food, water, and medicine for 12 days due to Israeli army operations, according to Gaza’s Civil Defense.
The Jabalia refugee camp is facing widespread destruction, with the Israeli military bombing and demolishing buildings and infrastructure, leading to civilian casualties and a dire situation for the residents. The ongoing military operation, which began on Oct. 6, has resulted in over 342 deaths and significant damage in the area.
The conflict has further escalated with Israel launching attacks in Lebanon, causing more casualties and injuries. Despite international warnings of a regional war, the situation remains critical.
It is crucial to raise awareness and take action to end the violence and provide humanitarian aid to the affected populations in Gaza and Lebanon.
